Uniform

Creating a unified community and sense of pride

A uniform dress code reinforces in students a pride in their own appearance, instils recognition of themselves as an integral and identifiable part of the school community, assists in developing pride in representing their school and, for safety purposes, helps identify those students who belong to the school in the school yard and on excursions. Issues of equality, Occupational Health and Safety and expense are also factors that contribute to the establishment of the Uniform Policy.

Kyneton High School New Uniform

In 2020 we introduced our new uniform, following consultation with the school community. Year 7 students were pleased to be the first group to wear the new uniform. Other year levels have a transition period and we expect all students to be in the new uniform by 2022.

The uniform is now available from our new supplier Noone’s, you can visit the store in Bendigo or online.

Students also require black leather school shoes and black or white socks. Runners are worn only when students are participating in PE & sport. Uniform is compulsory at our school.
